USER DATA DELETION
If you would like your user data held by One Trac Solutions LLC, and its OneTracPro Mobile Client, and OneTracGPS Tracker app to be deleted, email support@onetrac.pro.
A confirmation email will be sent from One Trac Solutions LLC to your email account you made the request from. Kindly reply back to us confirming you want the data deleted.
Once we’ve received your request, a support staff member will begin the data deletion process after the confirmation email is received. ALL DATA from your tracking devices will be deleted. This process is irreversible.
If you have active devices, your account information will not be deleted, as this information is necessary to have an active account with One Trac Solutions LLC. If you no longer have active devices in your account, ALL account information, including name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, and passwords will be deleted.
