Each unit comes with a 1 year subscription giving you the ability to track your unit 24/7 using our web and app based platform.  To download the cell phone application please search onetrac gps client in your app store.

All the tracking devices are preloaded to be able to work right out of the box.  You will need to register your product using the IMEI number located on the box it came in.  You can set up your account and register your product by visiting our registration page


All of our Tracking units require different installation. If you click on the resources tab at the top of the page, we have put additional videos and directions for each item.  Remember each vehicle is different and you may need to research or contact the manufacturer to install add-ons like the cut-off relay available on a few of our units.


Our software has a number of alerts and a unlimited number of geo fencing that can be set up within our tracking software.  Please click the resources tab on the top of the page to see how you can customize the software to work best for you and your asset.


OneTrac GPS offers a mobile app for both IOS and Android devices.  You can manage most of the information within the software from the device.  We do recommend you log into the desktop version when you are customizing the software with options like; geo fencing, alerts, reporting and full history and data log overview.
